I was very fortunate to work with Steven Bobiash and his team in selling my acreage in Saskatoon in 2017. I travel extensively for work and needed to have a full-service realtor to ensure my property would sell. Although I had not ever met Steven before, he returned my call immediately to discuss my needs. He came to my property the next day to assess my property and discuss the next steps. I had some work that needed to be completed on the house before the property was ready for sale, so Steven provided referrals to the people who could complete the work very quickly. Steven even called these people while at my house to line up the work. All of these people did a wonderful job and we were able to get the property on the market very soon. When we were looking to buy our acreage land, we contacted the Bobiash Team, because they had the reputation of knowing the farm/acreage side of the real estate business.
